Appointment of Chief Operating Officer

Redhall, the high integrity manufacturing and services group, is pleased to announce that Wayne Pearson has been appointed to the Redhall Board as Chief Operating Officer ("COO") with effect from 17 July 2017.

As COO, Mr Pearson will be responsible for the day to day management of the Group's subsidiaries and will report directly to the Company's Chief Executive, Phil Brierley.

Mr Pearson brings with him a wealth of experience of multi-site engineering businesses, gained over a 35 year career in roles including: managing director (from 2010 to 2015) of Brush Group Limited (a division of Melrose plc); environmental division managing director (from 2008 to 2010) of Alcontrol Laboratories (the largest chemical testing laboratory in Europe); a divisional managing director (from 2005 to 2008) of Parker Hannifin (the world leader in motion control systems); and chief operating officer (from 2002 to 2005) of Bridgeport Machines (a machine tool manufacturer).

Most recently Mr Pearson has undertaken a number of interim assignments with manufacturing, engineering and industrial businesses advising them on the delivery of growth strategies.

Wayne Pearson, aged 55, was a director of Brush Group Limited between March 2010 and August 2015. He has confirmed that there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies.
