Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

ServicePower (AIM: SVR), a market leader in mobile workforce management software, today announces that Simon Evans will be appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 3 May 2016.

Simon has over 20 years' experience working in the technology sector in various finance roles. Simon oversaw a period of growth at Colt Telecom, before spending 10 years at Zen Internet, where he was responsible for leading the various Finance and Administration teams. Most recently, Simon was Chief Operating Officer for Purple Wifi Ltd, a software company that provides B2B wifi access and solutions, with responsibility for the finance function. Simon is a qualified management accountant (ACMA).

Simon succeeds Tajinder Sandhu, who has been Chief Financial Officer since December 2013 and a member of the Board of Directors since June 2014. Tajinder will step down from the Board and leave the Company on 15 June 2016, post an orderly handover. The Company anticipates that Simon will join the Board in due course, at which point a further announcement will be made.
