Appointment of Simon Adamiyatt as Chief Financial Officer

Earthport plc (AIM: EPO.L) today announces the appointment of Simon Adamiyatt as Chief Financial Officer Designate with immediate effect.

Simon joins Earthport with over 25 years of experience as an investment banker, responsible for providing strategic advice to US and international financial institutions and governmental enterprises. During his tenure, Simon assisted clients with capital raisings, acquisitions, divestitures, principal investments and restructurings. Simon's investment banking career has encompassed leadership positions including Co-Head of Financial Institutions Group M&A at Lehman Brothers, Head of "FIG" at UBS (Americas) as well asat Bear Stearns. Most recently, he was Head of FIG and a partner at Sagent Advisors.

Simon, who is anticipated to be appointed to the Earthport Board in due course, subject to regulatory approvals, is the latest addition in a string of recent leadership appointments. Members of Earthport's executive team joining the company in the last nine months include Daniel Marovitz, President of Europe, Mia Shernoff, Global Head of Marketing, and Sajeev Viswanathan, President, Global Strategy.
