Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC (Euromoney) today announces the appointment of Wendy Pallot as Chief Financial Officer and to the Board. Ms Pallot will join Euromoney on a date to be confirmed and will succeed Colin Jones, the Company's Finance Director, whose intention to retire by the summer of 2018 has previously been announced.

Ms Pallot is currently Group Finance Director of Bloomsbury Publishing Plc, a position she has held since 2011. Prior to joining Bloomsbury, Ms Pallot was Group Finance Director for GCap Media Plc, which was listed on the UK main market, from 2005 until its sale in 2008. She was also Group Finance Director of GWR Group plc from 2001 until its merger with Capital Radio plc in 2005 to form GCap Media Plc. Ms Pallot is also the non-executive Chair and co-founder of a company which operates local radio stations, and a Governor of the Central School of Ballet.
