Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
EVR Holdings (AIM: EVRH), the leading creator of virtual reality music content and operator of the MelodyVR platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Brown as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Andy, formerly International Chief Financial Officer at Universal Music Group, brings a wealth of sector experience having spent over 22 years with the company. In his new role at EVR Holdings and MelodyVR, Andy will assist with both financial and commercial strategy, as well as with investor and corporate relations. Andy will not, initially, be appointed to the Board of EVR Holdings.
Andy will be granted options over 4,600,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's EMI Scheme to employees at an exercise price of 4.85 pence per share. These options have an expiry date of the 10th anniversary of the date of grant (subject to vesting conditions).
Sebastian Theron, who has served as Chief Financial Officer of EVR since May 2016, will remain with the Company during a transitionary period and will step-down on the 15th January 2019.
