Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Further to the announcement on 11 January 2019, the Company today confirms that John Worth will formally be appointed as a Director of the Company on 10 May 2019, in the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Current Chief Financial Officer, Richard Hoskins, will step down as a Director of the Company on the same date.

There are no additional matters requiring disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Rules.
