Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C ("Fuller's" or "the Company") is pleased toannounce the appointment of Simon Emeny, currently Group Managing Director, asChief Executive with effect from the 1st July 2013.

Simon, (aged 47), joined Fuller's in 1996. With an initial brief to run theCompany's Managed Pubs, Simon joined the main Board in 1998 and was thenpromoted to Managing Director of Fuller's Inns in 2006. He subsequently becameGroup Managing Director in 2010.

Prior to this, Simon was previously at Bass PLC, joining as a graduate traineein 1987. During his nine year tenure with that business, he held a number ofsenior operational and management positions culminating in the role ofStrategic Planning Manager in 1995.

Simon is also a Non-Executive Director of Dunelm Plc, the specialist homewareretailer.

This is the next stage in the evolution of the Company's succession plan andMichael Turner, who became Managing Director in 1992, Chief Executive in 2002and Executive Chairman in 2007 will continue as Chairman of the Group in aNon-Executive capacity.
