Appointment of Chief Executive Officer
Further to the announcement made on 24 November 2017, IndigoVision is pleased to announce that Pedro Simoes has been confirmed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and has joined the Board as an executive director with immediate effect.
Pedro, who was initially appointed as the Company's Senior Vice President - Global Sales in October 2017 and took over as Interim Chief Executive Officer in November, is an experienced global sales leader in the security industry, with over 13 years experience in the sector, and prior to joining the Group he spent nearly six years with Avigilon Corporation (TSX: AVO) where he was ultimately responsible for leading its Global salesforce and driving revenue worldwide.

Pedro Vasco Tadeu Felix Simoes (aged 41) is interested in 15,000 shares in IndigoVision, representing 0.2 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company. There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
