He is replaced as Chairman by Charles Dawson Buck, who joined the Board ofTrakm8 as a non-executive Director in March 2006. Dawson, aged 59, is an internationally experienced Director with over threedecades of experience at senior management and non-executive level. He hasfounded and built a multitude of companies individually, as well as initiatingand innovating substantial change within large international corporations in theUS, Europe, Asia Pacific and Eastern Europe. Dawson currently holds positions asNon-Executive Chairman of both L3 Technology Ltd and Provexis Plc, where he leadthe team who successfully completed a reverse takeover flotation of the companyonto the AIM market in June 2005. He has a distinguished career spanning a range of industries, with high profilemanagement positions including: Electronic Alarms Ltd, Group Chief Executive ofAutomated Security Holdings plc, Senior Vice President of Sensormatic ElectronicCorporation Inc, President of Sensormatic International and Deputy ChiefExecutive ANGLE plc.
