Intimas Group PLC28 January 2008 Intimas Group plc Appointment of Chairman Intimas Group plc ("Intimas" or "the Group") is a designer and supplier ofladies' intimate apparel, with a portfolio of brands comprising Lepel, Ted BakerIntimates, Discover Mademoiselle and Charnos Lingerie Further to the announcement on 5 December 2007 that Michael Hobbs was resigningas Chairman of the Group, due to the pressure of his other business and personalcommitments, the Board of Intimas is pleased to announce the appointment of JohnGibson as Chairman, with effect from 28 January 2008. Michael Hobbs willtherefore be leaving the Intimas Board with immediate effect. John Gibson (aged 56) was Group Managing Director of Real Good Food Group plcuntil September 2007. He has spent his working life in the food industry,working in both sales and operational roles for leading food producers includingGrand Metropolitan, Unigate and Muller UK. Since 1998 he has worked as the ChiefOperating Officer for a number of smaller quoted and unquoted companies, severalof which have been in turnaround situations.
