Appointment of Robert (Rob) King as Chairman to the Company

The Company is pleased to announce that Rob King has accepted the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors with effect from 1 November 2015. The Directors thank Iain Stokes for serving as interim Chairman since 5 May 2015 following the sad news of Trevor Hunt's death. Iain will continue to serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
