Appointment of Chairman

The Board of Matomy Media Group Ltd. ("Matomy") is pleased to announce that Rupert Howell, formerly Matomy's Deputy Chairman, has been appointed as Matomy's Non-executive Chairman with effect from November 22, 2015.

Ilan Shiloah, who will continue to serve on the Board as a Director, hands the role over to Mr. Howell in line with Matomy's post-IPO corporate governance strategy and in support of Matomy's compliance with the recommendations of the UK Corporate Governance Code.

Mr. Howell has been Deputy Chairman and the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of Matomy since Matomy's IPO in July 2014. Mr. Howell has held a number of senior positions in the advertising and digital media industry, and is currently Group Development Director of Trinity Mirror plc, the UK's biggest newspaper group. He brings to the role vast experience and knowledge, together with extensive board-level experience across a range of sectors, with a focus on media.

Ilan Shiloah, the outgoing Chairman, said:
