Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Broker

Crimson Tide plc (LSE: TIDE), the provider of the mpro5 process management app, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Fielding as Non-Executive Chair of the Company with immediate effect.

Chris qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Price Waterhouse in 1982 and has over 35 years' experience working as a corporate finance adviser to small/mid cap companies quoted on AIM or the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Chris currently serves as part time Chief Financial Officer at 2iC-Care Limited and previously from 2010-2025 worked in Corporate Finance at WHI Ireland Limited, latterly Zeus Capital following its acquisition of the former. Concurrently he was a Non-Executive Director at AIM quoted PCI Pal PLC from 2014-2022, and Chairman from 2014-2019. Prior to this he was employed at Arden Partners PLC from 2005-2009 and Hoare Govett from 1994-2005.

Following Chris' appointment, Barrie Whipp has resigned as Interim Chair and as a Director of the Company with immediate effect. Barrie will remain available to the Company as a consultant.

Crimson Tide is pleased to announce the appointment of Allenby Capital Limited as the Company's Nominated Adviser and sole Broker with immediate effect.

The following disclosures are made in respect of Mr Fielding pursuant to the AIM Rules for Companies:

Christopher ("Chris") Michael Fielding is aged 66 and does not currently hold any other directorships or partnerships. Within the last five years Chris was a director of PCI-PAL PLC and PCI Pal (U.K.) Limited.
