Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Artilium plc (AIM: ARTA), the AIM quoted provider of innovative telecommunication software and solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rupert Hutton, FCCA as its Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') with effect from 1 July 2017.
Rupert is a highly motivated CFO with over 20 years' management experience in providing all aspects of senior leadership and finance including strategy, financial control, working capital, due diligence, fund raising and change management. He is also CFO of Osirium Technologies plc, a UK based cyber-security software provider, where he orchestrated their successful AIM listing in April 2016. Rupert's time will be divided between the two companies.
He has particular skills in helping businesses grow and prepare for major investment, from private equity and Government funding to listing companies on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, including the listing and sale of Atlantic Global Plc. More recently Rupert was CFO of Mitrefinch, a Human Capital Management software business (October 2015 - February 2017), where he helped prepare the business in the lead up to their investment with LDC. Rupert has also held a number of other senior management roles and has a Masters of Business Administration.
