D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4), the AIM-listed data solutions provider, announces that Charles (Charlie) Irvine has agreed to join the Group as its Chief Financial Officer. The appointment, which will be effective from 1st October 2019, will not initially be to the full board of D4T4 though it is expected that Charlie will join the board following satisfactory completion of his probationary period.
A Chartered Accountant, having qualified with Kingston Smith in 2006, Charlie is currently Chief Financial Officer of Ergonomics Solutions Group, a £30m Turnover, fast-growing technology mounting solutions business with activities in Europe & North America, prior to which he served as UK Head of Finance at Bausch & Lomb (2014 to 2017) and with Alliance Healthcare (2012 to 2014).
Commenting on today's appointment, Pete Kear, Chief Executive Officer commented:
