Appointment of CFO and Company Secretary

Gowin is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Irelan Tam as CFO and company secretary with immediate effect. The position is not at board level; however, Dr Tam will be responsible for all financial matters, reporting to the directors of the Company. Dr Tam replaces Brian Ho, who is stepping down from his position as CFO and company secretary to pursue other business interests.

Irelan Tam is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She served in a variety of Johnson and Johnson Finance Director roles over 20 years and most recently as VP Strategy & Investment in a Beijing medical device manufacturer. Her competencies are broad including all aspects of financial management, business planning, ERP, quality management systems, performance planning and supply chain optimisation.
