Appointment of Chief Finance Officer and Commercial Manager
London, England, 1 October, 2009 - Cluff Gold, the West African focused gold mining group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Peter Gardner as Chief Finance Officer, as of today's date, and Ms Catherine Apthorpe as Commercial Manager and Company Secretary.
Previously Chief Finance Officer for Alexander Mining plc and Corporate Finance Manager at PKF (UK) LLP, Peter is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA) with a significant breadth of experience in financial management and corporate finance in the natural resources sector.
Previously Senior Solicitor with Maclay Murray & Spens LLP, Catherine's new position at Cluff Gold will focus on the Company's administrative side, including all legal and company secretarial matters.
