Appointment of CFO

Manolete (AIM:MANO), the leading UK-listed insolvency litigation financing company, announces that Patrick Lineen has decided to retire at the end of December 2019, following the successful IPO of the Company last year. Patrick will step down as Chief Financial Officer on 7 October 2019 when he will be replaced as CFO by Mark Wrenford Tavener. Patrick will remain on the Board until 27 November 2019 and will then retire at the end of the year to ensure an orderly and smooth handover.

Mr Tavener previously worked in RSM's corporate finance department. Prior to RSM, Mr Tavener held roles at IPSX, Deloitte, T-Mobile and PwC.
