Appointment of Chief Executive

The board of Management Resource Solutions Plc ("MRS" or "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Clayton as full time chief executive of MRS with immediate effect.

My Clayton has over 40 years' experience in the mining industry including over 26 years leading mining operations, project developments and mining services businesses. He is a qualified mining engineer, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy including being a Chartered Professional in Management.

Mr Clayton successfully implemented major change management programs at some of the most challenging mining operations in South East Asia and was CEO of SubZero Group through a restructure of the business with continuous positive trading in receivership to a successful sale to MRS.

Commenting on the appointment, Murray d'Almeida, chairman of MRS, said "MRS is particularly fortunate to have a person of Joe's calibre, experience and reputation to lead it. We look forward to him guiding the company's development and growth and making best use of the extensive opportunities in our sector."
