Appointment of Corporate Broker

San Leon Energy Plc, the oil and gas exploration and development company focused on projects in Poland, Ireland, Morocco, Italy and Netherlands, is pleased to announce today that it has appointed Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited ("Macquarie") as joint corporate broker with immediate effect. San Leon has also appointed KPMG as its auditors and confirms the appointment of Herbert Smith LLP as its UK and international solicitors.

Macquarie is a global investment bank, with a strong focus on energy, that is able to provide sales & trading, research, debt, commodity hedging, corporate mergers & acquisitions as well as oil and gas property acquisitions & divestitures advisory products to its clients.

Oisin Fanning, Chairman of San Leon, commented:
