NORTHERN PETROLEUM PLC ("Northern" or "the Company") Appointment of Broker

The Directors of Northern announce that Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited will now act as broker to the Company, with immediate effect.

Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited replaces Panmure Gordon (Broking) Limited in this role after a group restructuring at Panmure Gordon & Co.
