Appointment of VSA Capital as Joint Broker

North River Resources plc ("North River") is pleased to announce that it has appointed VSA Capital as its joint broker, alongside Ocean Equities.

VSA Capital has been appointed with a particular mandate to search for a strategic or financing partner to develop North River's flagship project, the brownfield Namib Lead-Zinc Project (the "Namib Project"), in Namibia. VSA Capital will also perform research and brokerage services to further enhance North River's presence in the capital markets, and help raise funds when necessary.

North River has recently opened a data room to allow potential partners to conduct initial due diligence on the Namib Project, with a view to forming a development partnership later in the year.
