Appointment of Broker
Sirius Petroleum (AIM:SRSP), the Company focussed on oil and gas development and production opportunities in Nigeria, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Cantor Fitzgerald Europe ("Cantor") as sole broker with immediate effect.
Sirius confirms it has granted an Option over 1,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to Cantor at an exercise price of 5.5 pence per share. The duration of the Option shall be 24 months from the date of this announcement.
