Appointment of broker

BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited, the AIM quoted software company focused on providing businesses with productivity solutions to drive efficient business practices and workplace engagement, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Peterhouse Corporate Finance Limited ("Peterhouse") as the Company's broker. The appointment of Peterhouse builds on the Board's strategy to establish a stronger corporate presence in the United Kingdom and is further to the recent appointment of St Brides Partners Ltd, a UK based Public Relations firm.

BOS has also strengthened its management and advisory team with the appointment of Mr Marco Scotti as International Business Development Manager and Professor Longbing Cao as an Advisory Council Member. These appointments will support the Company's active growth strategy as it looks to commercialise its BOS360 Work Patterns (PaaS) platform ('BOS360'), a business optimisation support system currently under development and due to be launched in H1 2017.
