Appointment of Auditor at the AGM
An AGM notice was circulated to all shareholders on 2 May 2008 which outlined that the appointment of auditors would be made following a detailed assessment of a number of audit firms. DUPD can confirm that it will be seeking to reappoint KPMG as the company's auditor at the AGM to be held on 17 June 2008 subject to the necessary shareholder approval.
