Exillon Energy plc announces that it has appointed Ernst & Young LLP ("E&Y") as auditors following a competitive tender process, replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC"). As part of our ongoing cost review processes, the Board decided to authorise the Audit Committee to conduct a formal tender process for audit services. E&Y was successful and has been appointed.

The Company also announces that David Venus & Company LLP have been appointed as company secretary to the Company. The previous company secretary, Thomas Johnson, will assist until the expiry of his contract in November 2012.

David Venus & Company LLP is part of the Equiniti David Venus Limited group of companies. Equiniti David Venus Limited is a member of the Equiniti Group, and are a leading firm of chartered secretaries.
