Appointment of Auditor
Cogenpower (CGP.L), the AIM-quoted low carbon technology energy business, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of 10 May 2017, Welbeck Associates Limited has been appointed as auditor of the Company with immediate effect. BDO Italia remains as auditor of the Company's Italian subsidiaries.
