Flagship Finance PLC is pleased to announcement the appointment of PKF Littlejohn LLP ("PKF") as the Company's new auditor for the year ending 31 March 2023 following a competitive tender process.

 

The appointment of PKF follows the resignation of Mazars LLP ("Mazars") who resigned citing that they did not have "the resource capacity for the audit of Registered Providers of social housing which contains entities in the group with listed debt." Mazars has confirmed that there are no matters connected with its resignation which it considers should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company for the purposes of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
