Appointment of Audit Committee Chairman

The Company announces that John Grant, non-executive Director, has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee, with effect from 6 March 2012. He has been a member of the Audit Committee since his appointment as a non-executive Director of the Company on 1 August 2006.

John Grant succeeds Miles Templeman who will remain as a member of the Audit Committee.
