APPOINTMENT OF ANTHONY SCOTT AS DIRECTOR

Charles Stanley Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Scott as an executive director, subject to approval by the FCA, effective from the date of Approval. Anthony will take up his new role as Head of Investment Management with effect from 1 April 2014.

He is a director of Charles Stanley & Co. Limited.
