Appointment of an interim member of the Board of Directors

Following the renunciation of Ms. Arielle Malard de Rothschild to her mandate of member of Electrica SA Board of Directors, in accordance with art. 1372, par. (1) of the Law no. 31/1990 and art. 19, par. (9) of the Articles of Association of Electrica SA and based on the NRC recommendation, the BoD appoints Mr. Dragoș Andrei, Romanian citizen, as an interim member of the Board of Directors, starting with 1 December 2018 and until 30 June 2019 or until the Ordinary Meeting of the Shareholders having on the agenda the filling of the vacant director position, whichever occurs first.
