Update regarding the appointment of an independent inspector according to court order

Ramat Gan, Israel, 5 December 2016

Further to announcement dated 14 November 2016 regarding the appointment of a retired judge as an inspector by court order, the Company hereby announces that the retired judge, Hila Gerstl, announced the company that due to the restrictions of the investigation, it is not possible, in Mrs. Gerstl opinion, to perform an exhaustive and comprehensive inspection, with the tools allowed to be used as part of the process of the inspection. In addition, Mrs. Gerstl requests to consider delaying the beginning of the inspection in a couple of months.

If the company will not be able to delay the beginning of the inspection Mrs. Gerstl informed the company that she will not be able to serve as an inspector for that matter.

The Company filed a notification regarding Mrs. Gerstl approach to the court and will provide further updates regarding the matters set out in this announcement, in due course.
