REF: REGULATION 30 READ WITH PARA A OF SCHEDULE III OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015

The Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held today, pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank, approved the appointment of Shri Amitabh Chaudhry, as "Managing Director-Designate" in executive position of the Bank, with effect from 19th November 2018 upto 31st December 2018 (both days inclusive).

This will facilitate smooth transition and familiarize Shri Amitabh Chaudhry with the business and operations of the Bank, before he assumes charge as the Managing Director & CEO of the Bank, with effect from 1st January 2019, as approved by RBI.

You are requested to take note of above and arrange to bring it to the notice of all concerned.
