Green Property REIT Ventures Limited authorised as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager

Dublin, 23 July 2014 | Green REIT plc ("Green REIT" or the "Company"), the Irish property investment company, confirms that with effect from 22 July, 2014, the Company's investment manager, Green Property REIT Ventures Limited, was authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as an alternative investment fund manager ("AIFM") in accordance with the European Union (Alternative Investment Fund Managers) Regulations, 2013 (the "AIFM Regulations"), and has been appointed as the AIFM of the Company.
