Appointment of Advisors
PPHE Hotel Group, the international hospitality real estate group which owns, co-owns and develops hotels, resorts and campsites, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jefferies International Limited as joint broker and J.P. Morgan Securities plc (which conducts its UK investment banking activities as J.P. Morgan Cazenove) as joint broker, both with immediate effect.
Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch will also continue in their role of joint broker.
