Appointment of Adviser

All Asia Asset Capital (AIM: AAA), an investment company focused on investing in the growing markets of the Asia Pacific region, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tirawat Sucharitakul as an adviser to the Company with immediate effect. Under the terms of his appointment, Mr. Sucharitakul will provide consultancy advice on the business development of the Company, in particular in the Southeast Asia region, and assist the Company in the negotiation of potential business and investment opportunities.

Born in Bangkok, Thailand in 1954, Mr. Sucharitakul attended high school in the United Kingdom and received his Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Government from the University of London in 1977.

He was a staff member at the National Defence College, Ministry of Defence in Thailand from 1977 to 1988. He was appointed Assistant Program Officer of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and served as a UNHCR Field Representative in North Thailand in 1980. Mr. Sucharitakul is currently an adviser to the office of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn of Thailand, a position he has held since 1987.

In 1990, Mr. Sucharitakul was appointed director of Thai Red Cross Children's Home, an organisation providing assistance for abandoned new-borns and children. In 2002, he was appointed director of Professional Waste Technology (1999) Public Co. Ltd., which collects waste and disposes of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste, chemical wastewater, and biological wastewater. In 2007, he served as Chairman of Siam Power Generation, a license-holder to build, operate and own power-generating plants under the Small Power Producer programme which operates 160MW Combined Cycle Gas Fired Power Plant in Rayong Province, Thailand.
