Appointment of Adviser

Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), one of the UK's largest Independent Financial Advisory and Wealth Management groups, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shore Capital and Corporate Limited as Nominated Adviser (NOMAD) and Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited as broker to the Company with immediate effect.

This appointment follows the announcement of the successful completion of the merger of Sumus Plc and Lighthouse, which became effective on 6 May 2008.
