REDEFINE INTERNATIONAL STRENGTHENS EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH APPOINTMENT OF ADRIAN HORSBURGH TO THE BOARD

Redefine International, a UK Real Estate Investment Trust ("UK-REIT"), today announces the appointment of Adrian Horsburgh as Property Director, overseeing all investment and asset management decisions across the Company's £828 million portfolio (as at 31 August 2013 valuation), thus supporting the strategic growth of the business. He will join the Company on 31 March 2014 and will immediately take a seat on the Board. Following his appointment there will be four executive directors sitting on the Redefine International Board.

 Adrian, 51, joins Redefine International following a 30 year career with Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly King Sturge), where he most recently held the role of Retail Investment Director.

 Commenting on the appointment, Greg Clarke, Chairman of Redefine International, said:

"Adrian brings a wealth of experience derived from his 30 year career of working at the highest level within the UK property industry. We expect him to deliver considerable benefit to the business in supporting our strategic direction and our continued ambition to deliver growth on behalf of our shareholders."
