Appointment of Administrators
Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker
The Company announces that, further to recent notifications, Andrew Poxon and Julien Irving of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited have today been appointed Joint Administrators of Fishing Republic plc.
The Company also announces that Northland Capital Partners Limited has resigned as Nominated Adviser and Broker with immediate effect.
In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser within one month of the date of Northland's resignation, admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
The Company's shares remain suspended from trading on AIM.
