Appointment of administrators

The Board of Snoozebox Holdings plc (the "Company") (AIM: ZZZ) announces the appointment of administrators.

Further to the announcement made earlier today, the Directors have appointed Jeremy Willmont and Neville Side of Moore Stephens LLP as administrators to the Company and to its main trading subsidiary Snoozebox Limited (the "Subsidiary"). The Company's ordinary shares remain suspended from trading on AIM pending clarification of its financial position.
