Appointment of Administrators

Utilitywise announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 13 February 2019, Andrew James Johnson and Chad Griffin, both of FTI Consulting LLP, 200 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD, have been appointed as joint administrators to Utilitywise plc.

No other companies in the Company's group have had administrators appointed and as such, Icon Communication Centres s.r.o, Energy Intelligence Centre Limited and T-Mac Technologies Limited continue to trade on a business as usual basis.

There is not expected to be any return to the shareholders of Utilitywise.

FTI Consulting LLP will provide further updates in due course.

Temporary Suspension of Trading on AIM

The shares of Utilitywise remain suspended pending further notice.
