Appointment of Administrators

The Company announced at 07:00 a.m. this morning that the board of directors (the "Board") of Actual Experience resolved to file a notice to appoint administrators to the Company. Further to this, Actual have now appointed Jonathan Dunn and Andrew Sheridan of FRP Advisory Trading Limited as joint administrators to the Company.

The Company's ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") were suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 07.30 a.m. this morning. The Board currently expects that, in due course, the listing of the Ordinary Shares will be cancelled. Should any residual value transpire from the administration process, then this will be distributed to the Company's shareholders and the Company will be wound up.
