Sub: Appointment of Additional Director

Pursuant to clause 30(a) of the Listing Agreement entered into with the Stock Exchanges in India, we hereby notify that Shri R R Rai, nominated by Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from May 10, 2011, on completion of the tenure of its earlier nominee Shri V R Galkar on the Board of the Company.
