Appointment of a New Director

The Company is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has appointed Helen Green as a non-executive director of the Company. The appointment will be effective from 1 April 2014 and is subject to regulatory approval.

Paul Lester, Chairman said:

"I am delighted to welcome Helen to the Board. She is an individual whose skills will complement those of the other directors."

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13, Ms Green has advised that she is currently a director of the following publically quoted companies:

· Landore Resources Limited

· Advance Frontier Markets Fund Limited

· Tamar European Industrial Fund Limited

· Henderson Diversified Income Limited

· Acorn Income Fund Limited.

Ms Green has also advised that she was a director of Puma Brandenburg Limited until 29 Sept 2009.

No further disclosures are required under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
