Motive Television plc (the "Company" or "Motive") Appointment of a Director
The Board of Motive Television plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Ronald Ingram (60) to the Board of the Company as a non-executive Director.
Mr Ingram has been Chairman of Beyond International Limited since 1986 following an international banking career with JP Morgan Inc. He is a former Director of the Australian National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) and lives mainly in London.
Mr Ingram said: "I look forward to working with Mick Pilsworth and the Board to develop Motive in the next couple of years into a larger group".

His experience of mergers and acquisitions, his extensive international contacts and his detailed knowledge of the television production business will be invaluable to the Company as we move forward to expand our content creation capacity, both in the UK and internationally."
