Appointment of a director

The Board of Savile Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Penny de Valk to the Board of the Company with immediate effect. She will be Chief Executive Officer of Fairplace Cedar Limited.

Penny de Valk aged 54 was previously the Chief Executive of the Institute of Leadership and Management. Prior to that she built several of Ceridian's human capital businesses in the UK, initially as Managing Director, Ceridian Performance Partners and latterly as Strategy Director for Ceridian UK. Penny was named as a Top 30 influencer by HR Magazine in 2010.

Additional information required by the AIM Rules:

There are no current directorships held by Ms De Valk.

In the last five years Ms De Valk has been a director of Ceridian Corporation and a trustee of The Institute of Leadership and Management but does not currently hold these positions.

There are no other matters which are required to be announced with the regard to this appointment under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
