Since 2005 Caroline Michel has been Managing Director of the William MorrisAgency in the UK, the US owned international literary and talent agency. Beforejoining WMA she was Managing Director and Publisher of Harper Press, theliterary division of Harper Collins, following ten years as Publisher ofVintage, the paperback division of Random House. She was one of the FounderDirectors of Bloomsbury Publishing, is a Governor of the British Film Institute(BFI), a Board Member of PEN - the community for writers and readers around theworld - and was on the Man Booker Prize Committee for five years.
