Lookers plc ("Lookers" or "the company") announces that Glenda MacGeekie, General Counsel and Company Secretary has left the company and Phil Kenny has been appointed as General Counsel and Company Secretary of the company on an interim basis with effect from 20th December 2019.
Phil is a qualified solicitor and has considerable experience in corporate finance and commercial law.
Save as disclosed herein, there are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 in connection with Victoria and Phil's appointments.
