Appointment of Ian Milne as Interim Chief Financial Officer

Flybe Group plc ("Flybe") announces that it has appointed Ian Milne as Interim Chief Financial Officer, with effect from 15 August 2017.

Ian worked at British Airways/International Airlines Group for 20 years in a variety of roles, including Group Financial Controller at IAG and Director of Integration at BA. He left BA in 2016 to set up his own consulting business.

He will be assisting the outgoing Chief Financial Officer, Philip de Klerk, who leaves Flybe at the end of September and then acting as the interim CFO, pending appointment of a permanent candidate. The search for that candidate is ongoing.
