Senior Management appointment and Directorate Change
Marlowe plc ("Marlowe", the "Company" or the "Group"), the support services group focused on acquiring and developing companies that provide critical asset maintenance services, announces the appointment of Robert Flinn as Chief Executive of its Fire & Security division.
Robert has extensive experience in the UK support services sector, and was most recently Managing Director of Assa Abloy in the UK. He was previously Northern European Managing Director of Ingersoll Rand's Trane business and a member of a private equity backed management team who founded and built Promanex Group before its sale to Costain plc in 2011.
Nigel Jackson, who joined the Board of Marlowe as an Executive Director upon the acquisition of Swift Fire & Security in April 2016, will retire from the Group on 30 September 2017 following which he will continue to oversee a handover of his role. His remaining shareholding in the Company is subject to certain orderly market provisions which end upon the third anniversary of the Company's admission to AIM.
